Mindfulness in the workplace is a growing trend and here at resetyourorg we know how important it is to integrate mindful moments in the workplace.
The evidence is real – mindfulness really works, it helps us with improving productivity, overall happiness and can be more effective then talking therapy, anti depressants or other treatments that we find ourselves taking. It made such an impression and impact with the Mindfulness All-Party Parliamentary Group that in 2015 a number of recommendations were made to introduce and integrate mindfulness based practices into cognitive based therapy treatments offered within the NHS system.

Rather than continue with our busy lives and often hectic lives, mindfulness practices, if done with regularity, can help us create space within ourselves to pause, reflect and appreciate the present moment.
