We are resetyourorg. We are learning specialists and culture experts working in partnership to provide new learning in a new way for a new era. The world after COVID19 won’t be the same and distinct leadership learning needs are rapidly evolving.

Organisations need inclusive leadership, capabilities to manage and communicate change, resilience, leadership online and psychological safety.  We have created resetyourorg to meet these needs.

Kami Nuttall

Bringing together 20 years of understanding how organisations work, as former Director of Moore Stephens, and now Director of Culture Consultancy Lab, Kami delivers insightful specialist training in risk management frameworks, good governance practices and best practices in corporate culture. Kami is a Chartered Internal Auditor and works with a variety of organisations as a risk and culture consultant for BDO, one of the worlds top 6 auditing companies. She has consulted at the Houses of Parliament, the European Commission; Global Fund, the General Medical Council and many other social housing and international public institutions. Kami is an international trainer, speaker and facilitator. 3-D stuff? Kami is a world-wide traveller. When not travelling, she can often be found either with her head in a new book or making amazing bread for her family and working on her own social entrepreneurial programme supporting survivors of sexual abuse.

Rachel Puttick

Rachel Puttick

With nearly 25 years in adult learning, working with NATO; Airbus; Astrazenica, Greenpeace and hundreds of others, Rachel is a highly experienced and charismatic learning and development professional. Specialising in team development; cross cultural communications and management development, Rachel oversees instructional design and quality - ensuring that resetyourorg lives up to it’s name and excellent reputation. Rachel has designed over 26 people development and behaviourial change workshops, followed up by private coaching and group coaching sessions. Training since the early 90's first in companies in South East Asia, then moving to the UK to train for the NHS and the Refugee Council, VAI and others, Rachel’s career is as varied and impactful as her training. Rachel is also an ILM qualified facilitator, helping teams to progress and flourish. 3-D stuff? Rachel loves fine food, cycling, salsa dancing and chess. Oh and playing badminton with her 9 year old.
